Viewing must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of invoice.

Payment Methods: We accept cashiers checks and wire/bank transfer.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 days of release at buyers expense.

Removal Assistance: Buyer responsible for loading onto safe and appropriate carrier and associated rigging fees of approximately $500/hr.

SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards.  Payment by Wire Transfer, ACH, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments) is due upon receipt of notification of award.  Buyer to bear cost of all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment.  All sales will be charged sales tax unless payment for material is accompanied by resale tax exemption certificate.  Equipment to be removed from property within ten (10) days at buyers expense.  Seller description of material is based on the best available information, seller provides no express warranties and/or guarantees as to the quantity, quality, and/or fitness for any use or purpose.
