Payment Due: Deposit payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of invoice.

Payment Methods: We accept cashiers checks, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.  (3% convenience fee on credit cards)

Sales Tax: All sales will be charged sales tax unless bidder uploads valid tax exempt resale certificate to the My Account area.

Removal Assistance: The site will load onto Buyer's transport at no charge. Buyer responsible for trucks and securing the loads. Load out to begin within within ten (10) business days of material release at buyers' expense. Please refer to the Land Transportation Load Securement Standard and follow all DOT regulations.  Standard located in the "Documents" tab, for more information regarding load out.  Load out needs to be complete by JULY 1st, 2023.

SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards.  Payment is by Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer and due upon receipt of notification of award.  Buyer to bear charges for all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment.
