Payment Due: Payment is due upon receipt of notification of award. 

Payment Methods: We accept Wire Transfer, ACH, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments)

All sales will be charged sales tax unless payment for material is accompanied by resale tax exemption certificate.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days of release date at buyer expense.

Removal Assistance: Seller will load material onto buyer's transport at no cost to Buyer. Buyer is responsible for transportation and securing loads.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.

SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards.  Payment is by Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer and due upon receipt of notification of award.  Buyer to bear charges for all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment. All sales will be charged sales tax unless a valid resale tax exemption certificate is uploaded to the My Account area.  Equipment to be removed from property within ten (10) days at buyer's expense.  Seller's description of material is based on the best available information, seller provides no express warranties and/or guarantees as to the quantity, quality and/or fitness for any use or purpose.
