Payment Due: Deposit payment must be made within 3 days after of receipt of the award.

Payment Methods: We accept Wire transfers, ACH, cashier’s checks, or credit cards (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments).  Buyer is to bear the cost of all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment.

Sales Tax: All sales will be charged sales tax unless the bidder provides a valid tax-exempt resale certificate.

Removal: Equipment to be removed from property within ten (10) days at buyers expense.

Removal Assistance: Seller will load material onto buyer's transport at no cost to Buyer.  Buyer is responsible for transportation and securing loads.
