Payment Due: Deposit payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of invoice. 

Payment Methods: We accept cashiers checks and wire/bank transfer.

Sales Tax: All sales will be charged sales tax unless bidder uploads valid tax exempt resale certificate to the My Account area.

Removal: All items must be removed within 30 business days of release date at buyer expense.

Removal Assistance: The site will load onto Buyer's transport at no charge. Buyer responsible for trucks and securing the loads.

If material will be exported, buyer is responsible for completing all required customs documentation. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.

SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards.  Payment is by Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer and due upon receipt of notification of award.  Buyer to bear charges for all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment.
