Payment Due: Deposit payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of invoice. Pipe Tallies will govern the final sale.

Payment Methods: We accept cashiers checks, ACH, wire/bank transfer or credit card (3% convenience fee).

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 days of release at buyers expense.

Removal Assistance: Seller shall load Equipment on Buyer's safe and appropriate carrier for removal from Equipment Location.  Buyer responsible for transportation and all associated fees.  Buyer must contract & pay Quality Tubulars directly $300 per truck for load out.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.

SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards. Payment by Wire Transfer, ACH, Cashier’s Check, or Credit Card (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments) is due upon receipt of notification of award. Buyer to bear charges for all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment. All sales will be charged sales tax unless payment for material is accompanied by resale tax exemption certificate.
